Has it ever occurred to you that, as medical technology improves and develops, the more human health gets more complicated? That, as technology upgrades into even better facilities, diseases and illnesses proliferate even more so? How come?
To tell you frankly, I don’t even know the answer. I have been asking myself the same question, especially that I, myself has started experiencing the backlash of stress (not to include other factors) in my body. Or maybe I have an idea or two, and will give credit to the fact that I have little background in the medical field; but NOTHING that would really support the idea.
Point is, we have been reliant of the conventional medical remedies that we are forgetting the very basic of everything else—prevention is better than cure. We need to go back to basic.
Still confused? Let’s go back to that very first day when our parents taught us to sing BAHAY KUBO and let us memorized all the leafy vegetables included in the song. Little did we know that we will have to go back to familiarizing each of its benefits to our body, now that we have forgotten most of them. Are we running out of time? No, we just have to “TRUST THE LEAF”.
For years now, many dietary supplements have been circulating promoting good health benefits. All promised the chance of long life and strong body. Some have claimed to fight dreadful diseases, the big C, especially. But the question now lies to, what to trust and who to trust? For me, it will always be the one who pioneered it all; the one who proved to have existed and proved to withstand the test of time. It will always be the one who has its way with nature, and as their name implies, NATURE’S WAY.
It all started with the need of a solution to help a gravely ill wife. This drive was enough to turn away from the conventional medicines and go back to herbal methods. It was this time that the founder, Tom Murdock go back to basic. Result was, his wife recovered and lived for another 25 years.
The logic is simple, one doesn’t really need high technology or any form of modern ways to improve health or to ensure good state of mind and body. Most of the time, it just have to be the basic things in life. And sometimes, we just have to “TRUST THE LEAF”.

I totally agree; natural, holistic approaches – to this day – have proven to be so much better than any pill, shot, or steroid-based cream will ever do:)) Great post and I look forward to sharing more with you:))
I’m glad you liked it 🙂 hope to share this to others. People have been so much into gadgets and all that stuff, that we’ve forgotten that natural approach is the way to go. 🙂
